8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Occurs between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please check your Student Housing Portal for the Quad and room number that will correlate to one of the following times listed here. 

Due to high numbers of traffic on campus, and our desire to have you move in as efficiently as possible, we ask that you do NOT come any earlier than your time slot. For major exceptions, please contact carsonhousing@ucsc.edu as soon as possible. 

Families, Friends, & Parents: to make move-in easier; smoother; and safer, make sure to do all necessary shopping and last minute errands before dropping your student off. 

8:00 p.m.

Students must be back on campus for mandatory hall meetings.
